The Standard Contract

This Contract states that the party of the first part, hereafter known as "The Damned", or "The Contractor" agrees to tender one (1) immortal soul in exchange for considerations from the party of the second part, hereafter known as the Agent of the Infernal Host.

Consideration paid to the damned will take the form of seven (7) formal requests either to the Agent in question or as an act of magickal will. The formal Phrasing of which follows thus:

"I, (Damned persons full true name) wish for (State the nature of desire) in the name of (summoning name of the Agent)"
Such considerations will be granted immediately upon completion of the formal request.

The Damned agrees to tender his own immortal soul freely and without coercion. The Damned will be allowed to continue his mortal existence for a period of seven (7) years from the date of the signing of this contract (Midnight, GMT.) Optionally, the contract may be extended at the discretion of the Agent, if the Damned is able to provide a replacement soul, either torn from a ritually killed human being or signed over to the purview of the contractor freely and without coercion. Souls acquired by other means will be adjudicated entirely at the discretion of the Agent.  Souls that are provided for the extension of a contract do not constitute an agreement to provide additional considerations. Souls of animals will not, under any circumstance, be accepted as tender for this agreement.
Barring extension of the contract, upon collection of the contractor's soul, it will be moved to our detention facility where it will be held for a period of one (1) Eternity.
Considerations paid by the agent cannot be true acts of altruism as such things lie outside the scope of this agreement, Formal requests for such things will be ignored and may be subject to penalties. Formal requests on behalf of other persons are however considered to be selfish and indirectly beneficial to the Damned and will be honored as such.
The Damned will be mystically protected from all forms of disease and accidental death for the term of their contract (both original and extended) Death by violence, death by suicide, or death from natural causes will be considered a summary closure of the original contract and collection will ensue immediately.
The Agent is enjoined from performing any direct violence on the Contractor or his chattels for the term of his contract (Both original and extended) Direct violence committed on the Contractor will render the agreement null and void.
Attempts to refrain from paying for consideration by the intervention of third parties will be considered an abrogation of the agreement and will be considered summary closure of the contract by the agent.
True Immortality lies outside the scope of considerations that can be granted to the Damned. However, the biological age of the contractor can be reset periodically through the use of formal requests.
Formal requests cannot be used against the Agent in any way. Attempts to do so do not render the contract null and void, nor do they cause summary closure. They are simply ignored and do not count against the count of formal requests.
Formal requests may be used to extend the benefits of the contractually obligated to others as he deems fit for the duration of the open term of his contract.
Informal requests that lie outside the original contract or are sufficiently small in scope, as deemed by the agent in question, may be adjudicated and granted by the agent in exchange for considerations paid by the Contractor. Such considerations may involve the sale of further elements of the contractor (Such as his name, his shadow, one or more of his senses, his mark upon the world, etc..)
or may be worked out in trade via the means of Baneful Works.  Your agent will have all the details about what does and does not constitute Baneful Works.
Children born of the contractor during the period of the open term of the contract may be considered "Chattels" and may be considered an automatic extension of the contract if disposed of by the Contractor.
